Characteristics

Pure nickel is a silver-white metal with a density of 8.9g/cm3 and a melting point of 1453°C. Due to the formation of a dense and sturdy protective film on its surface through oxidation at room temperature, it exhibits excellent corrosion resistance. Pure nickel possesses excellent welding and processing properties, and can be processed into products such as tubes, rods, wires, plates, strips, and foils.

Pure nickel material exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in NaOH solutions of any concentration and temperature, as well as in molten NaOH above 400°C. Pure nickel material also demonstrates good corrosion resistance to Na2O2, Na2CO3, NaHCO3, and alkaline solutions or molten liquids containing KNO3. Use
